About SwiftSign
SwiftSign sells iOS certificates and runs a small set of free tools for signing and installing apps. Our certificates work on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, and every order is registered to the customer's own device. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Inside a SwiftSign certificate
Each certificate is tied to your device's UDID and stays valid for approximately one year. It signs as many apps as you like, and it is PPQLess: it does not trigger Apple's periodic online validation check, which helps prevent the "unable to connect" errors that regular certificates can cause.
Pro and Max add a Developer JIT certificate, which apps such as emulators use for much faster performance. Ultra and Max include access to our private group. Every plan includes revoke protection, explained below.
From payment to a working certificate
- On the plans section, choose a plan and your device type, then pay through Sell.app or Razorpay.
- Copy your Order ID and open a purchase ticket on our Discord server.
- Our bot guides you through submitting your UDID, and we register your device with Apple.
- We generate your certificate and email it to the address you entered at checkout, about a minute after you submit your UDID.
The tutorial covers installing the certificate and signing your first app.
If Apple revokes your certificate
Apple can revoke certificates at any time, and we cannot prevent it. Revoke protection is how we cover that risk: if your certificate is revoked during your plan's covered period, we issue a replacement for the same UDID at no charge.
- Standard: 30 days, one replacement
- Pro: 90 days, one replacement
- Ultra: 300 days, one replacement
- Max: 355 days, up to two replacements
Coverage starts at the time of purchase. A certificate that reaches the end of its normal validity period has expired rather than been revoked, so it does not qualify for a replacement. Section 5 of our Terms of Service has the full wording.
Free tools, and what happens to your files
Three of our tools are free and do not require a purchase. Here is what each one does, and what happens to anything you upload:
- The IPA Signer signs an app with your own certificate. It deletes your certificate files as soon as signing finishes and keeps the signed app available for download for 6 hours.
- The Cert Checker reports on a .p12 certificate and provisioning profile, including revocation status, PPQ, entitlements and registered devices. It deletes the uploaded files once the check is complete.
- The UDID tool reads your device identifier on iPhone, iPad or Mac and shows it back to you. On iPhone and iPad, you can remove the profile it installs afterwards.
Payments, refunds and support
Sell.app and Razorpay process every payment, and SwiftSign never stores your full card or bank details. We use your UDID only to register your device with Apple, and we do not sell personal information. The Privacy Policy covers this in full.
You can request a refund for an order you have not redeemed within 24 hours of purchase. Once you submit your UDID, the order is final, with one exception: if we cannot deliver a working certificate within 24 hours of your UDID submission, we refund you in full. The Refund Policy lists the conditions, including the fees deducted from refunds.
For help with an order, open a ticket on our Discord server or email [email protected]. The FAQ covers plans, delivery and refunds, and our Terms of Service apply to every purchase.
